In 2009-2010 as a part of the agriculture development program in West Kazakhstan at the expense of public and private investments the first oil crops production plant was constructed in West Kazakhstan.

The productive capacity of the plant situated in Poima village of Terekti district is 2500 (two thousand and five hundred) tons of oil a year that allows to address all the needs in oil of the whole West Kazakhstan oblast.
